Renew your Trakomatic Subscription: ONLINE

Step by step guide for Online Subscription Renewal:

First log into your Trakomatic account:

1. Click the arrow beside Account

2. Then click on Tracker Renewal

3. Once the pop up opens, click on the vehicle (s) you want to renew and then enter the number of months you want to renew and then click on Calculate. This will show you the total amount for the transaction upon which can click Pay now to proceed to the next step.

4. Once you click on Pay Now, it will open a new page with Payment Details.

5. Once you verify every thing on this page, click on Submit which will redirect you to the payment page or else you can click cancel to go back to the previous page and change anything if you need to.

6. Once you’re on the payment page, you can either pay with your credit/debit card or net banking or using UPI if you have set it up with your bank account.

Step by step guide for SMS Pack Renewal:

Again log into your Trakomatic account:

1. Click the arrow beside Account

2. Click on SMS Details

3. Once the pop up opens, you will be able to see the list of vehicles you have with their remaining SMS’s for each vehicle. You will also be able to check the details about your SMS purchased packs, if any. And lastly, the other section will show available packs for any vehicle which you can purchase.

4. Once you finalize the SMS pack you want to purchase, click on the Shop button and then click on Yes on the Confirmation dialog. And you will be greeted with a new window with Payment Details. Click on Submit and you will be re-directed to the payment page.

5. Once on the payment page, you can pay according to your choice of payment and the SMS pack will be activated on your account.
